looking for more So I am 39 and as i sit here and look back on my life I am sooo not where I thought I would be or where I want to be. There are aspecs of my life that I really enjoy, such as my kids, but that is about it. I want so much more for me and my kids but struggle on a daily basis to provide it. This is where it turns complicated. I am in a relationship, however it seems more like a roommate situation and i am the only one paying for everything. All i know is no one seems to be happy in this family but yet i don't want to lose them. If i leave i will probably never see my kids again cuz she will take them too far from me and so i stay out of fear of losing my kids. Kinda sad huh, being in a relationship out of fear. i guess i love my kids more than i love myself. I know everyone would probably be happier and have way less stress if we were apart, but losing my kids is too much of a risk, so i stay. i am sure i am not the only one who is in a relationship like this and it just sucks. i am not looking to cheat on her, i have done that in the past and it doesn't help any. just more frustration and the instant gratification just isn't worth it. It just makes me realize what i could have if i wasn't in such a crappy relationship and then i get andry and the whole family suffers yet again. but i would just like maybe someone to talk to,and actually develop a relationship. I am not looking for a nurse to try to fix me, I know i am broken.I just want someone to talk with, hang out with and feel like i matter to them. if you feel like talking or more then feel free to reply....... maybe i should have put this in rants and raves, who knows.
