Looking in Sparks/Reno First I'll start out by saying this seems to be a semi-weird option, but hey who knows.

I am 41, divorced, been heartbroken, a semi-absent father due to work and distance. A little about my interests I guess. I love sci-fi, animation, and lots of TV and a little computer gaming. I work at Arrowhead Stadium and The Reno Aces, I'm the Purchasing Manager for the company that handles the food service. I work 50+ hours a week. I try to visit my 3 children as often as I can. I've been in Reno/Sparks since March, and honestly don't know how long I will be here, because of work, and other than people I work with, know no-one. So I spend a lot of time at home and alone, and frankly, tired of being alone.

Simply what I would like, a smart woman, at least 25, no older than 42. I don't mind if she has children, and I realize that children are always the priority, but I'd like to feel wanted sometimes too. Attractive, into spending time at home, movies, tv, whatever. Looking for a Labor Day date, 9/5 m4w I have a friend that is throwing a get-together with his family and friends over Labor Day weekend. His parties are typiy more social than the "lets get drunk and be stupid" kind of thing, with most attendees being mature and relaxed. They also include a fair number of his family members, who are totally cool people that i'm just not very familiar with. But that's not to say that there isn't any fun to be had, since most of the old-timers take off before the sun sets, and the party can last into the wee hours if you are up to it.

I will cover any expenses, of course (I mean, he is my friend!), and that includes taking you out at least once before the party, for lunch or dinner or coffee or something, so that we won't be total strangers. I also want to come out and say that I'm not trying to be someone that I'm not by trying to get someone to go with me. Not only does my friend know who I am, but I am comfortable with who I am. Like I said, I'm just looking to be able to bring along someone that I can chat with if the conversation dries up, or with whom I can come up with a creative excuse to skip out early (um... sorry, man, but the moon's coming up... OoOooowowwwwwww!)
